Anyways, the Pokemon listed is the monster fox pokemon known as Champion/Phantom Z from the new Pokemon movie being released this summer in Japan. It's like manaphy in terms of legendaries. A pre-evolution and a normal dude. Pokemon is getting pansy with their legendaries.
