Hah, it blocks every video site that has over 25% english UNLESS it's a video from a privately owned company website (where the video comes from the same source as the page data). Parts of Google and Google images are blocked as well. Certain sites that contain certain words are ALSO blocked.

*For some reason all NERF guns are blocked, but REAL guns are not.
